History

When we opened our doors in 1993, Jane's Gourmet Deli was simply a modest specialty and gourmet sandwich shop, struggling to bring a bit of good taste and good cheer to our local lafayette Indiana community.

Our unquenchable desire to experiment and innovate, as well as the success earned as a result of our dedication to quality, eventually led us to add our exquisite gourmet store and to expand our seating accommodations from 35 to 183!

Along with our original deli and catering services, these additions have allowed us to widen the scope of our amenities and truly become a one-stop shopping destination for the gourmet connoisseur.

Food Point-of-View

Our food is a reflection of our own passion and love of fine quality ingredients. Because experience shows that the end result is only as good as the ingredients you start with, we have always made the effort to feature locally and organically Indiana-produced foods in our creations, a tradition that continues to this day.
